With an established digital template these guides could be produced economically, with any number of pages, to “niche the niches” by delivering written articles, thought-leader interviews, and customer content -- accompanied by video, links and interactive graphics -- to very targeted audiences. And metrics collected suggested brand extensions that further engaged audiences with the
content they wanted, where and when they wanted it.
