Kerry spoke to how they create and maintain a productive and satisfied workforce and talked about specific initiatives that AI uses to create and
encourage employee engagement.
Access Intelligence has development plans, opportunities for internal movement, exposure to new opportunities, mentoring programs, and more. AI also uses internal satisfaction surveys, DEI initiatives, and access to outside learning/training. The company recently conducted an employee satisfaction survey that showed an 83% satisfaction rate among their employees.
