At MediaGrowth Executive Summit 2026, Lisa will be interviewed and share personalization strategies that make Informa's Restaurant Show extremely successful. MediaGrowth will ask Lisa questions such
as:
1. With the Restaurant Show being one of the largest and most diverse tradeshows in the industry, representing a broad range of product segments and operator types, what role does personalization play in the experience of those that attend?
2. What role does technology play in
personalization efforts, and how do you balance digital personalization with the human touch that's so important in the events industry?
3. How do you approach the exhibitor experience differently from the attendee experience, and what general principles guide your personalization initiatives?
4. The tradeshow industry has evolved significantly post-pandemic. How has your customer experience strategy adapted to address changing attendee needs, preferences, and business priorities?
5. What is your approach to measuring the success of customer experience efforts, and what types of metrics do you find most valuable when evaluating the impact of
experiences?
